I am not able to join two PDF's to one, I have tried online but is giving an error.

I am using a online version of Combine PDF "https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf" is giving an error after uploading the PFD's I am not able to see the download button instead it is giving a popup. Please see the attached Image..
