  1. It is impossible now to edit the CC list once the agreement is in draft form. Once we save it as a draft, the CC list is locked. We can only cancel the agreement and redo it.

  2. Description: We've received feedback from our Users stating that they cannot edit recipients during signature process once they move to the Add fields and Preview section. Users are then forced to close the window and launch the signature process again to have access to the recipient's section. If there's a typo on the email, or if additional people need to be added as CC, they are not able to make the necessary corrections/additions.
    Note: This is BEFORE clicking the SEND button, in other words while preparing the document to send.

    GOAL: Allow Users to manage their recipients at any point…

  3. I would like to raise a feature request for Bulk Send functionality to support different documents for different transactions.

    Send in Bulk doesn’t allow me to have different documents for different transactions, which GigaSign offers. So either support GigaSign fully with new enhancements and fixes, or prioritize and bring the same functionality in the Web UI through Bulk Send.

  4. In the classic version you could chance the Signature flow/order just by rewriting the number on the left side, but in the new system that is no longer a possibility.

  5. Dark theme makes the advanced search keyword field text invisible (white font on white background) ! It has been like this since the dark theme was introduced. How come has this bug never been detected and fixed ?

  6. It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.

  7. When opening a large pdf, 130 pages or 4 MB, and it has 20 pages worth of signatures, the pdf takes a long time to open, not because of the size of the file, but because of the signatures. Not sure how it processes them, but the delay is significant. Is there a way to load all the signatures quicker ?

  8. I wanted to simply voice my concern about how the new AdobeSign interface is clearly taking on the acrobat interface. The issue is that the new interface introduces addtiional steps that are slower and unnecessary for any case where you simply want to send a an existing document to be signed. The Classic interface allows me to send a document to as many people and myself with 4 steps in about 6 seconds

    1) paste in semicolon delimitetd email list of people to receive (can be copied directly from outlook)

    2) check the box to include myself as a signer.

  10. Please make a configuration report available that would list all the account or group configuration settings that administrators can set using the account settings page.
    This would be very useful for Bio-Pharma users to document the configuration baseline of the system. Currently this configuration baseline is documented by creating screenshots of the system admin user interface, and that's very cumbersome.
    Note that this is complementary with the already existing Settings Activity report. The latter only lists the configuration settings CHANGES over a time period, but it doesn't provide the full configuration baseline.

  11. Be great to have the date field already on the same menu as insert signature or initials and ensure it appears as 28/March/2025 - it will cover all issues for legal purposes.

  12. When I send some documents to my clients for numeric signing, they receive an email with 2 languages (half in French / half in English) ; next, when they click on the email to proceed to sign the document, the interface is too in half-french / half-english.

  14. When I add a "text" field and that I custom it, if I go back to add another field like a signature, Adobe erases all the previous fields added. Even if it's not a text field!! I've lost all the "initial" fields and signatures...

  16. I spent a all morning editing a form with loads of form fields and Adobe just said time out and all work lost!!! Unacceptable! At least save it or restore it. Now I have to start the whole **** process OVER.

  17. "The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv for send in bulk new experience. It was present in classic send in bulk experience but in the new authoring, only while selecting the manual addition of recipients the preview and sign option is present.

  18. I am using POST /agreeements endpoint to create an agreement and configuring reminder.

    I want to achieve the following:

    Get one reminder with 10 days delay only if user has not signed.
    With the current input values available for reminders(ONCE, WEEKLYUNTILSIGNED), we cannot achieve this.

    Adding a new input value might solve the issue for reminder frequency - ONCEUNITLSIGNED

  20. The actual problem we are facing is that with Adobe Sign which is part of our existing Acrobat Pro subscription. Everytime, when we signed on the digital signature. An audit report is attached in all documents. We need to eliminate that.

    As per your experts, I need to upgrade enterprise license is just to remove this feature.

    Is it fair ? We are paying huge amount of money for the software which is not allowing us to do what we need to for.

    This is totally unacceptable. The customer should be able to enable or disable features in any purchased…
