  1. Form fields should auto "snap to grid"

    When creating a template or otherwise sending a document, form fields should auto "snap to grid" in any document that has lines on it similar to Acrobat DC auto form create. It's frustrating to go into this platform after using Acrobat DC and realizing it will now take about an hour to re-create the same form that took 2 minutes in Acrobat DC.

  2. reminders from within the app

    You should be able to set up reminders for documents you send out for signatures within the app, right after sending the document, like you are able to do in the browser.

  3. Be able to change the timezone of the Final Audit Report in Adobe Sign so that it matches the timezone of the signature.

    It is confusing when the audit report has a different day than the signature page because the timezones don't match.

  4. Error - correct api access point

    In Mac, when once I finish writing the emails of the people that I'm requesting a signature of - it displays the attached message

  5. When multiple signers: Make a setting to set default that all signers receive doc at once

    Hello, when sending a document to multiple people, if you want the document to be sent to both signers at once you need to toggle "send in any order"
    is there a way to set a setting in the account to always send to all people without having to manually select that. its pretty annoying and we always forget and then the second person has to wait until the first person signs before even receiving an email requesting signatures.

  6. Windows Cyrptographic Service Provider Reported an Error

    Created a Word docx and clicked "Create and Share Adobe PDF." Unable to enter password (box automatically greys out and cannot type). Cancelling provokes this error code: 2148073488. This is a recurring issue every time I use "Create and Share Adobe PDF" and try to digitally sign using a work certificate. Workaround has been closing and reopening the PDF to sign. Please address.

  7. Prepare Form : Field Layer Templates / Replace Doc

    For speed and efficiency, the ability to;

    i) save form field layouts from one document as templates that can be overlaid onto any other document (and still then save-able as a document template).

    and/or;

    ii) the ability to replace the original document underneath form fields (i.e. upload an up to date PDF to replace existing) in 'Edit Template'.

    PURPOSE:
    We use multiple agreements that are almost identical, but with minor copy edits / clause tweaks following client feedback etc. Very time consuming to have to create a template from scratch every time we want to make a minor edit to…

  8. Enable the facility to allow forms to accept backing file upload by signers

    When on-boarding new customers, it is required to receive backing data for identification purposes as part of anti-money laundering requirements. Currently, this is not allowable via the Adobe Sign service when requiring a form to have a signature. It would be extremely useful for this to be available within the financial services sector and I am sure many other service organisations. Should you require further clarity, I am more than happy to assist.

  9. Back button on Adobe sign

    A back button (while saving your changes) would be so helpful! There have been instances on a document where I forgot to add two signers and have to start completely fresh after adding all the signature spots! OR if you miss the step of adding a password at the beginning step, you have to start all over again!

  11. No Difference between signer and signer 1

    While Preparing form When Fields are inserted and signature is assigned to signer, signer 1 and signer 2 then while previewing on requesting signature signer and signer 1 becomes same. If there is no difference between those two then why it is even there. Moreover there is no option of sender in Adobe sign while it is present in fields setting to assign to sender. This is a bug

  12. Tolling transactions

    Please provide a way to keep count of the number of Transactions done. As of right now, we have to actually go through and count every single one of my completed agreements/transactions to find out how many I have so far; as to not exceed my 150 transaction limit.

  13. All Signature options disabled on Acrobat Pro DC

    All acrobat signing features were disabled on my Acrobat Pro DC, I have looked for a solution online, followed multiple suggestions but nothing worked, today a support agent was able to solve the issue after multiple trials, he was able solve it by simply changing the language to English US.

  14. please allow user to delete signed agreement

    i have signed a PDF document in Acrobat. It was save in the app itself and i can't delete it. it is a P&C document and it is not making sense that user can't remove the agreement

    it is not safe to use adobe acrobat to sign an important document.
    i talked to the customer supoort and was told it is impossible to remove it.

    the only way is to hide it which is kinda ridiculous.

    please help and improve.

  15. Additional Signatures and Initials

    I run a fmaily business. I frequently need to sign PDF contracts with multiple signatures and initials. It would be extremely valuable to be able to store multiple signatures (for us, at least 4) and multiple initials in the Fill & Sign stored signature area.

  16. Request signatures fails to progress past 72% after email address entered moving to signature fields

    The latest version of Adobe Pro DC that has a separate button on the rhs tool bar for "Request signature" stops progressing to "specify where to sign" at 72%.

    I have removed and re-installed the program and and cleared my browser cookies but it still sticks at 72%.

    I'm running Windows Pro Version KB000802

    Any other idea's???

  17. Text Formatting in Webforms

    When webforms are created, using adobe sign, there should be option to allow rich text formatting so that users can edit font types and functions like Bold, Underline, Italics. Also the font type on webform is limited to just 6 and often does not match the other pre printed text on the document

    Additionally, users should be able to paste objects or tables in webforms.

  18. Allow Digital Signatures before and after requesting Fill & Sign signatures

    For regulatory reasons, we are using token-based digital signatures with embedded (time server) timestamps to sign PDF files.

    When using Fill & Sign to request external signatures, we need to be able to:
    (1) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) before it gets sent out, without the signature being discarded by the Adobe Sign service, and
    (2) digitally sign the PDF document (using our tokens) again, after all signatures have been collected

    I was very surprised that this was not possible.

  19. Hiding recipient email addresses

    It would be nice if Adobe would hide the email addresses of the recipients, when a document is going out to multiple recipients for signature. The problem we are experiencing is that Adobe will notify John Smith that after he signs the document it will then be sent to Jane Smith at janesmith@gmail.com. John Smith should not be seeing Jane Smith's email address. Those really should be confidential or hidden, or at least make that an option to enable or disable. Also, it shouldn't be plan specific.   20. Certsign in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list

    Please add CERTSIGN SA in the Allowed Cloud Signature Provider list in settings for Adobe Sign.

    CERTSIGN SA is part of the Cloud Signature Consortium but cannot be used to sign using a cloud signature with Adobe Sign
