Adobe Sign - Edit the CC list when the agreement is still in draft
It is impossible now to edit the CC list once the agreement is in draft form. Once we save it as a draft, the CC list is locked. We can only cancel the agreement and redo it.

Allow Users to manage their recipients at any point before the document is actually sent for signature
Description: We've received feedback from our Users stating that they cannot edit recipients during signature process once they move to the Add fields and Preview section. Users are then forced to close the window and launch the signature process again to have access to the recipient's section. If there's a typo on the email, or if additional people need to be added as CC, they are not able to make the necessary corrections/additions.
Note: This is BEFORE clicking the SEND button, in other words while preparing the document to send.GOAL: Allow Users to manage their recipients at any point…

Create an option (setting) to "require" fields be filled out before being returned
It would be nice if there was an account setting so that all fields are required in a document before they can be sent back. I know it can be done on a per case basis but it would be nice if there was a deafult setting so that you do not have to check the box every time.

Adobe Acrobat Sign - Bio-Pharma Baseline Configuration Report
Please make a configuration report available that would list all the account or group configuration settings that administrators can set using the account settings page.
This would be very useful for Bio-Pharma users to document the configuration baseline of the system. Currently this configuration baseline is documented by creating screenshots of the system admin user interface, and that's very cumbersome.
Note that this is complementary with the already existing Settings Activity report. The latter only lists the configuration settings CHANGES over a time period, but it doesn't provide the full configuration baseline.3 votes -

"The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv
"The Preview and sign" option to be added while importing csv for send in bulk new experience. It was present in classic send in bulk experience but in the new authoring, only while selecting the manual addition of recipients the preview and sign option is present.

New value for reminder frequency - ONCE_UNITL_SIGNED
I am using POST /agreeements endpoint to create an agreement and configuring reminder.
I want to achieve the following:
Get one reminder with 10 days delay only if user has not signed.
With the current input values available for reminders(ONCE, WEEKLYUNTILSIGNED), we cannot achieve this.Adding a new input value might solve the issue for reminder frequency - ONCEUNITLSIGNED

Disable Audit Report
The actual problem we are facing is that with Adobe Sign which is part of our existing Acrobat Pro subscription. Everytime, when we signed on the digital signature. An audit report is attached in all documents. We need to eliminate that.
As per your experts, I need to upgrade enterprise license is just to remove this feature.
Is it fair ? We are paying huge amount of money for the software which is not allowing us to do what we need to for.
This is totally unacceptable. The customer should be able to enable or disable features in any purchased…

Freezes
Constant application freezes when trying to open a signed file, lots of clicks to open it, frustrating...please fix ASAP .Version 2024.005.20399.
Checking more post looks like this is a wide spread issue with your application.

Add signature no longer available
I have 2 signatures saved. The signatures are not suitable but I no longer have an option to add a signature nor can I delete the exiting ones with the "X".

Field correction
It really should be possible to modify one form field that was in error without invalidating the whole document.
If George, Becky, John, Jim, Sally, Jesse, Fred and Paul all sign a document in 8 places, and one line item in one place erroneously says George and not Becky, then it should be possible to switch George's field to Becky without all of them needing to re-sign the entire document, which is a giant annoyance and waste of time.
Because, ya know, people make mistakes.

Latest Update Destroys Form Readability
The form created in Adobe with various fields our business has used for four years is now unreadable after distributing for signatures. Text in all the fields becomes super-sized, showing only a portion of it. This is disastrous for our business! Must have a fix!!

Workflows Through MS 365 Integration
We use Adobe Sign workflows frequently in our organization. Recently we have been pursuing the option of integrating Adobe sign with our Microsoft 365 applications and believe this could be a powerful partnership saving time and creating efficiencies for our team.
The issue is that the current MS word add-in for adobe sign does not allow you to take an open document through a previously designed workflow. This renders the add-in and integration useless in our environment.
Please consider adding the ability for the MS365 add-in to access company workflows.
