  1. My business requires signature of multiple documents in various places and I'm required to sign hundreds of these documents near deadlines that occur throughout the year. Having the ability to open multiple documents at once to then quickly click to certify AND sign ALL signature fields placed in ALL open documents with only a few clicks would eliminate a lot of time I currently spend having to click through each signature field of each document.

    While a batch signature functionality exists, the true efficiency of batch signing does not exist in the current Adobe functionality. Having to manually click through…

  2. we are using okta SSO from domain joined devices. This auto identifys the user that is logged and signs them in. it dose not even look at the Email Address that is entered..i can login using this in the Email Address box

  3. After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

  4. A huge issue would be resolved if users could create (and save) their own "Signature Blocks" for documents requiring execution, like contracts, using the options already provided by Adobe (ex. mine would include signature, title, date, name) and each has to be "dragged: into the document every single time. For me, each contract is unique so "Forms" is not an option to solve for this.

  6. Currently in Adobe Pro it is not possible to change the default time zone of GMT for e-sign. Would like to be able to change this setting to EST.

  7. There needs to be an option to change the default option from "sign in order" to "sign in any order".

    In our operational workflows we never use the sign in order function and have to constantly change it before sending out a request for signatures. If this step is missed we have to resend the entire document as it is not allowed to be edited after the fact. This is fine but give us the option to make "complete in any order" by default.

  8. Bulk Send Identity Verification method not compatible with BioPharma settings enabled. Neither Acrobat Sign nor Phone authentication methods are allowed for Send in Bulk feature making it incompatible with BioPharma settings enabled. I cannot bulk send and also be Part 11 compliant with Adobe Sign. Please add this feature; it would make creating training records for my company much much easier.

  9. Delay delivery of documents would be a big value add for Adobe Sign. Presently, the only solution is to create documents in advance and save them to your Drafts. This is not a great solution and still creates the need to go to Drafts on the day/time you wish to send to push out the agreement instead of having it automatically delivered at a pre-selected day/time.

  10. Would like to have the ability to send agreements which have been curated directly from the Drafts within Manage documents. Currently, if you need to send an agreement from your Drafts you need to go through the "Edit Agreement" functionality, which when you have more than just a few agreements can be time-consuming.

  11. Some documents require privacy to be signed (ie employment contracts) and should be able to be password protected when sending them out for signature. At the moment, these can only be locked for privacy when completed. I understand that this is a challenge (as you cant edit a protected document) however the use of this product is greatly affected in the business sense. Privacy is becoming more and more of a requirement in todays business world.

  13. The "every business day" reminder is too aggressive, and the "every other day" reminder annoys people also during their weekends.

    I think we need an "every other business day" reminder to avoid the above-mentioned issues.

  14. When designing a workflow, I have the option to create a recipient group. I have created a recipient group that is required and not editable since the workflow users are blind to the process of the workflow.
    When the user is filling out the list of recipients, they are required to enter a name for the recipient group. Why is this required if they are not entering any of the email contact information? Please fix this in the process. It currently doesn't make sense for our users.

  15. When opening a workflow the first section you see is the "How this workflow works" section; however this is collapsed by default. Given that the sole purpose of this information is to instruct the user on how they should use the workflow it would be more appropriate for this to be expanded as default and to be more prominent on the page with the ability to collapse if they wish. As it stands at the moment it is very easy to miss.

  16. A way from the adobe admin console to default the Profile picture for all users will use.

    This is for the profile that appears on the login screen right top corner of the Admin Console, Adobe Acrobat Pro....

  18. I have one license registered on 2 devices.
    I created a few stamps but these stamps doesnt sync on my 2nd device.
    I am using the same accounts and it will be helpful to have the personalise format automatically stored on the 2nd device.

    Now i have to create the stamps on the 2nd device which is double handling for using the same account.
