  1. Document quality reduction when sending for signature

When sending a document for signature with Adobe Sign, the document is automatically reduced and it turns blurry which makes the document very hard to read. The quality of the final signed copy is fine. The document send for signature shouldn't be reduced as the recipient needs to be able to read properly before signing.

  2. Multi Select/Assign Participant Role with multiple forms

Please allow for us to change the "Participant Role" on a specific page all at once instead of having to manually change each box, which is very tedious. For example, I send out multiple forms at once to be signed by multiple people, but on the last couple of pages I want the 8th signer to sign and fill out and not the other signers. Currently, it autofill's the page to be filled out as the first signer and then I have to change all the boxes to the 8th signer. It would be nice if there was a way…

  4. Links Broken after uploading to Adobe Sign

I have a PDF that conforms to the 1.6 pdf standard. The pdf contains 4 links that link to other pages within the same document. When the document is uploaded to Adobe Sign and sent for signature and re-downloaded, there are 2 problems with it:

    1. The number of annotation links is doubled.
    2. The initial links are all broken.

I have attached a copy of the original document and the document after its uploaded to adobe sign and sent for signature.

    Repro Steps:
    1. Open "Initial.pdf" and use the "request a signature" menu to send it to Adobe Sign.
    2. Send…

  5. Adobe Sign should go straight to more options

Adobe Sign should go straight to the More options pop up. It should at least be an options selection to always go to More Options first. I should not have to request it every single time.

  7. Increase document size for Adobe Sign to be greater than 10GB

We need to be able to sign documents greater than 10GB, we were unable to sign our Corporation tax return and large legal agreements. It is not appropriate to only send the signature page (which we would need to purchase another Adobe product to delete the pages)

  8. Adobe Sign (Personal Accounts) Cannot DELETE Documents for GDPR

My personal adobe document cloud does not allow me to delete agreements on the account for privacy purposes (I just went through Adobe support and they also were helpless). It seems the GDPR privacy settings to delete agreements only work in business and enterprise accounts.

  9. Bug: Can't enter @ in e-mail recipient field

I can copy/paste it in, but for some reason I can't enter the @ in the e-mail recipient field anymore. I don't have this problem anywhere else - and it's a relatively new thing that makes it a bit of a hazzle to use it.

  10. Enable sending Adobe Sign Document from secondary/alternate email address

Allow the sender to choose an alternate email address instead of the primary email address used for Adobe subscription. I use my personal email address for the subscription but would like to be able to send documents to clients for signature from my business email address.

  11. Bug: Adobe Sign "Decline" Bottom cannot be clicked.

After receiving an invitation to sign, on the signing web page, if I choose "decline to sign", then typed the reasons, the "Cancel"and "Decline" bottom (which turns in blue") cannot be clicked by a mouse.

the bottoms can still be selected by using "tab" key.

  12. Grey page when trying to digitally sign a document

I open my PDF file and when I try to digitally sign it the program asks me to draw the space where I want my signature and then it turns this grey colour, as if something should have popped up but it didn't. It's vital that I can digitally sign documents. Thanks for your help.

When sending a document for multiple signatures, I would like to be able to assign specific signees edit access to the document. That way they don't have to decline the document and then I would have to resend the document all over again. Then everyone would receive the final copy when everyone signs.

  14. Password protection on Adobe Sign when I didn't set a password

I am the author of an Adobe Sign document. Now that the document has been fully signed, I am trying to combine it with an instructional guide (it was a test document) for users at my agency, but it is asking me for a password. I did not set password for the document. I have tried using my Adobe account password, but that isn't working. Why is Adobe arbitrarily requiring a password that I (as the document creator) didn't set? How do I even find out what the password even is?

I have a corporate profile on Adobe but, even though on the site I am signed in with the corporate e-mail, on the pdf files I am signed in with my personal e-mail that does not have any rights.. not leaving me read any files. Any clues how I could fix this?

  17. Multiple signature lines in a single document

I sign many documents that have multiple signature lines throughout the document. I read the first section and click sign ... no problems (#1). Then I read the second section. Once I'm comfortable with the text, I click to sign (#2) and it moves me back to my previous signature (#1). I have to scroll back down to the second signature line again and click to sign it again (my previous attempt did not sign, it just moved me backwards in the document). I spent an hour on the phone with support and they said the feature is only meant…

  18. file attachment in sign

I should be able to attach a doc, xls or any file type in a document for signing. It would be nice if I send a document for signing with the original source together with it, would it not?

  19. Use OCR to fill out forms

I am a photographer, (amongst other things), and want to use an Adobe product to create a photography consent form to be used in situations such as festivals and concerts. The key is, I want to be able to simply scan a person’s ID using OCR to fill the form, and then get a signature. A 30 second process, instead of 5 minutes babysitting someone filling out a form manually on an iPad. There are much lesser companies offering forms that can be filled out with OCR, but being an Adobe user, I am very surprised this functionality does not…

  20. Make Template Text Editable in Adobe Sign

Using templates is an extreme time saver. However, you should be able to edit the template text before sending for signature. Adding things like pertinent dates and names to documents is essential.
If this feature were available, I'd be able to use 20 templates opposed to the current 5 that don't need to be edited first.
