  2. 最新バージョンにアップデート後、起動しなくなりました。
    (windows10 / Acrobat pro 32bit版)

    アンインストール、再インストールで起動しましたが
    再度 最新にアップデートしたら起動しませんでした。

    ちなみに、
    手動でひとつ前の23.008.20555までアップデートしましたが
    このバージョンでは正常に起動します。

  3. We were looking for a ways to notify our Adobe product users of upcoming changes, such as moving to SSO/Federated IDs. If a user doesn't receive or see an email announcing this, when they're logged off and go back to log in they could see a banner we put up. Can be used for contract and product changes, etc.

  4. Not related to Acrobat, it's for overall Adobe. Support advised in E-001162887 that we cannot check for information on whether a user's account was set up and/or logged into. They referred me to submit a feature request on this site, but there's no option for the admin console. One benefit this feature could help with is identifying and cleaning up stale accounts.

  5. I would like to find out if I can change the interface of the program back to how it was before this so-called-upgrade. This is like learning a new program and where to find/learn what the icons mean since they're so small and the images are difficult to decipher. How is this supposed to be an upgrade???? An upgrade is suppose to improve, not cause FRUSTRATION!!!!

  6. The customer service is horrible. I spoke to someone with a heavy Indian accent yesterday, which I can only assume tech service is being outsourced there. i called regarding my installation issue and I couldn't understand her most of the time. She told me to deactivate the acrobat x pro on cpu #1 so that I can try and install it on cpu #2. now cpu #1 cannot be re-activated and is about to deactivate in 1 more day, and now I might not have acrobat x pro for my business, which I paid A LOT OF MONEY FOR, and…

  7. The PDF splitting function by Top Level Bookmarked name is largely to main reason we have Acrobat Pro, however annoyingly the splitting fails if you have the same Bookmark name more then once (see image for error message), as understandably it can't save two pdf's with the same file name.

    It would be a handy feature if Acrobat Pro could instead of aborting the split request halfway through, it instead adds a consecutive number at the end of the duplicated file name (for example 'Jo Blogs.pdf' / 'Jo Blogs_1.pdf').

Since the latest upgrade a few weeks ago (the one that provides AI Assistant which I don't need at all), resizing windows on a MacBook Pro (2019, running MacOS 12.7.3) has become HORRENDOUSLY slow. I work with a lot of documents from different places, and some published stupidly provide an automatic resizing to page size, which is way smaller than my screen. I have to wait about 10 seconds when I try to drag the corners or edge of the window to expand it, an sometimes need multiple tries.     I used action wizard to password protect >10 pdfs.
    Currently on adobe, doing this batch/bulk password protect action wizard, it makes me set a password for each of the >10 pdfs.
    I just wanted 1 same password applied to all >10 pdf files.

    Windows 11. Acrobat version etc. are represented on the screenshot.
    Steps to reproduce: a few pdf was opened and all except one has been closed.
    Result: there are many Acrobat app entries in the Windows taskbar instead of only one (for the last still opened pdf). See screenshot.

  19. When using other programs that use Adobe and it is in the background, since the last win11 update. It keeps popping up with an error 00000000....xf I have tried repairing and updating it to no avail. I think this is also causing other program installations not to run as it is interrupting their scripts.

In Preview/other apps, you can click+drag the name of a file and it will become an attachment (as if you had click+dragged from a filesystem like Finder - see image) that you can drop into finder, emails, document uploads, etc. I think this is a crucial feature to be able to do this in Acrobat.

    I used to workaround this by right-clicking the title and pressing "Reveal in Finder", where I could then click and drag to my folder/location. However, now 'reveal in finder' is not even there. (see attached image) This makes using these files super difficult!
