Resetting Format to my defualt Arial - For some reason the format goes to Z@R4A42.tmp. Not sure how this started doing this.

Is there a fix to this? My files are defaulting to Z@R9E66.tmp

I don’t seem to be getting any help from Adobe. I work in PDF’s all day long and it’s wasting way too much of my time!

This is very frustrating. I go in and reset the font to Arial (my default) then as soon as I add a new text box it will go to Z@RFAE9.tmp. Maybe font styles should be more defined in preferences.
