Bug: PDF Portfolio Date Column Does Not Show Correct Date and Time of Outlook Emails
The dates and times shown in the Date column of a PDF portfolio of Outlook emails are not correct – in the PDF portfolio Date column the email dates and times are seven hours behind the actual dates and times of the emails in the portfolio. Example: Email date and time: March 24, 2018 7:59:26 PM; date and time of email shown in the portfolio Date column: 3/24/2018 12:59:26 PM. This seven-hour difference is the same for sent emails and received emails, i.e., the email date and time of sent emails and the email date and time of received emails as shown in the PDF portfolio Date column is always seven hours earlier than the date and time shown on the emails in the portfolio. If it matters, my computer is located in the Pacific time zone ((UTC-07:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada)). Is there a Preference or other setting that I can change in Acrobat Pro DC to correct this problem?
