Measure Tool - Repeatedly Crashing

The measure tool causes the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC app to constantly crash, I have used the tool on two separate brand new laptops, yet the problem happens on both. Is there a problem with the tool?

    December 2020 - still constantly crashing Acrobat on all 4 machines in my studio. Acrobat Pro DC

    Same here - constantly crashes or freezes the app. Not Responding - and having to force quit.

    I have this error also. But as with everything else it never gets sorted. If I'm lucky I can do one measurement before it crashes. Can never use the area measurement tool as that crashes half-way through. Have tried this on two computers over a period of a few weeks and still not updated. Come on Adobe.
