Enable "Arrange Objects" for use with Markup Tools (Shapes/Lines)

I'd like to request enabling the "Arrange Objects" button so that it can be used with Markup Objects (shapes & lines).

It would be nice to "send to back" or "bring to front" on any object.

Currently I have to:
Copy an existing object
Delete the existing object
Paste a new copy of the object
Re-align where that object should be

This works ok if you want it in front but not easy to move it to back.

Please enable this action button to be used with all objects.

    Agree! Acrobat markup tools' fuctionality is woefully lacking in placesand this should be an easy fix to one issue

    Agreed, this is 100% necessary and the technique above does NOT work.

    I've bumped into the same situation trying to colour-highlight the background of a column of text. As a workaround I made a simple, coloured rectangular image that can be Arranged and resized to fit.
