how do I uninstall

Please send me a link to uninstall on my mac. I thought I was getting adobe flash player and don't want this or be charged for it

I am a new user and love adobe acrobat and associated programs. I want to uninstall the whole thing and get it the **** out of my computer. You have made that very difficult for a novice like me. I know you don't care about us, but please help me.
