When declining agreements, provide a link back to the Manage menu on the confirmation page. Otherwise, it takes at least 3 clicks to get back to Adobe Sign

The screen you get after you decline a form is inconsistent with the screen after you sign a form. It would be nice if both allowed you to return to the list of forms directly.
