PDF Preview is not available in Outlook (microsoft 365 version) and is not available in Windows explorer. Thumbnails are available in windows explorer.

I already have Adobe Cloud and Acrobat DC Pro intalled. I have also installed 32 bit versions of both since 64 bit versions of both did not work. There is a problem that neither Adobe nor Microsoft are willing to acknowledge with the PDF Preview Handler in Outlook
