remove 200 inches pdf limit

ACROBAT has problems viewing files larger than 200 inches.
This is something 10 years old at least, as you can read here:
https://graphics-unleashed.com/2011/06/large-dimension-pdf-files-are-fine-adobe-is-the-problem/
Please fix it!!
