Acrobat reader is leaving temp font (F@XXXXX) behind which is leading to weird characters in our oracle application
When users are printing with acrobat reader then the Arial font is getting substituted by a Z@XXXXX tmp font which is located in C:\Users\xxxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\acrord32_sbx.
Our oracle JDE application is referring to a font family with Arial as leading one and this will finally give weird characters in our JDE screens.
We would like development team of Adobe to verify why those temp fonts are left behind because they are locked and we can not delete them. Only a restart of the pc will disconnect the temp font and then we will be able to delete them.
Some articles were pointing to the font cache file but removing that is not helping either.
