Acrobat Pro DC Crash
Why is it so difficult to report a bug for Adobe? Your product is a joke. Half the time it works, and the other half of the time, you can't do anything. When I can't do anything, it's either because not a single document will even open up, or if you are able to open it up, the loading bar just goes around and around and around and you can't edit anything. It just freezes up. I have restarted my computer several times. Restarted Adobe several times. Checked to make sure I have the most current version downloaded, and I do. Logged out of all Adobe applications and logged back in, and it's still the same issue. I was not able to edit ANY of my documents yesterday afternoon, and now, noon the following day, I still haven't been able to edit anything. This happens all the time. Doesn't matter if I'm hooked up to the internet via Wi-FI or with an ethernet cable. The problem still persists. I could not be more disappointed in this product.
