NEW UPDATE SUCKS - I CANNOT WORK WITH ANY EFFICIENCY
My daily tasks can't be done - I am struggling to just print a stupid document - what use to be on the left is now on the right - what idiot thought that made sense to change the menu to the opposite side!!! Seriously people do you do any beta testing with real people in the field using this program!

I AGREE WITH ALL OF YOU!! THE PREVIOUS VERSION WAS PERFECT! I CAN JUSTIFY THE COST FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE USING THIS PRODUCT HELPS SIGNIFICANTLY IN MY DAY-TO-DAY WORK. SPENDING HOURS TRYING TO "FIGURE OUT" THE NEW "IMPROVEMENTS" IS NOT MY IDEA OF EFFICIENCY.
LUCKILY I FOUND THIS: YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION BY CLICKING THE THREE HORIZONTAL LINES NEXT TO "MENU". GO DOWN 2/3 OF THE WAY AND CLICK "DISABLE NEW ACROBAT". THANK GOD FOR THIS OPTION!! :) -M

Adobe Admin - The entire application has been completely turned on its head. Everything about it has killed the original flow of how the application works. Every tool and button is in a less familiar position, the flyouts are 100% more obtrusive. Literally the entire application is functionally not useful to heavy use productivity. It looks like in an effort to make things easier for non-Adobe users the designers made it absolutely impossible to streamline anything. Go back about 2 versions, look at how that worked, and you will see what extremely productive users are unhappy with.
I've been on this application since v.001, this is the least adaptive iteration I've ever seen.

We appreciate your valuable feedback! We're always looking for ways to make Acrobat better, and we appreciate the time and effort you have taken to share your feedback with us.
Could you please elaborate more on what issue is that you are facing, any errors that you are receiving while printing the document ? Also if possible please help with the below items :-
1. is it on Windows or MacOS ?
2. Acrobat Version
3. Image/Snapshots of the issue. Also we acknowledge that the new Acrobat represents a notable change, however we hope that as you get familiar with the new interface, you can be more productive & get more out of Acrobat.
With the new interface we aim to
Provide a simplified viewing experience that helps reduce clutter & optimise it for most used PDF actions that are relevant while viewing a document.
Easily allow users to discover PDF tools they need by ensuring tools are intuitively grouped and a click away,
For example, all tools that allow content, page & file level edits can be found under one action-based verb called “Edit”; tools that allow converting files to & from PDFs can be found under “Convert”; tools that allow filling & signing documents or requesting signatures from others under “Sign”.
Most importantly, the new interface enables users to effortlessly move between different PDF tools to complete their document related tasks
For example, someone viewing comments in a PDF should also be able to easily edit the text of it without interrupting their workflow
A user can seamlessly perform page level edits such as reordering, inserting, extracting, rotating or deleting pages while editing content and/or commenting on the file
We would also like to highlight that we have exhaustively tested these changes with users over the past 12 months, keenly monitoring user behaviour & addressing top user issues before gradually rolling out the new interface to the Acrobat user base.
A point to note is that as we made these changes in the interface, we have tried to ensure all tools & features that are currently supported, retain their familiar functionalities and workflows as they did in the previous version. We are committed to address any gaps or issues reported by users related to any break in current workflows in all our past & upcoming releases. In case any of your current workflows are not functioning as expected, do share it with us on this thread, and we will address them with the highest priority.
In case any of your critical workflows are impacted, and you have the option to switch back to the old UI from the “Menu” on the top left corner on windows, and View Menu on MacOS.
We will follow up on this response with a detailed blog post explaining the changes, a guide to help familiarise you to the new interface, along with regular updates on upcoming changes.
Thank you once again for your feedback, and do look forward to our upcoming releases !
