Split Using Top Level Bookmarks is Bugged
Organize Pages>Split>Split By: Top Level Bookmarks
Output Options>File Labeling>File Name
"Use Bookmarks for File Names" option is greyed out and can not be chosen

Yup, only way to fix this it to shut down Acrobat and restart. Please fix this - happened with an update along the way. Also, while you're at it, make it so there is a way to set your default on this setting.
