The new layout has destroyed my productivity. Offer a change or I'm gone.
Every other stupid user interface you've introduced has at least been reversible or I could work around it. Now I'm stuck with a user interface that is COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE. For the work I do, I SIMPLY CANNOT USE IT. I need to be able to switch rapidly from one window to another, to compare for QC, so having immovable tools on the sides that get clicked accidentally makes that impossible. If this doesn't change, I will be forced to stop using Adobe products. Oh, and fire whoever thought this up, because they suck.

I AGREE!! THE PREVIOUS VERSION WAS PERFECT! I CAN JUSTIFY THE COST FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE USING THIS PRODUCT HELPS SIGNIFICANTLY IN MY DAY-TO-DAY WORK. SPENDING HOURS TRYING TO "FIGURE OUT" THE NEW "IMPROVEMENTS" IS NOT MY IDEA OF EFFICIENCY.
LUCKILY I FOUND THIS: YOU CAN GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS VERSION BY CLICKING THE THREE HORIZONTAL LINES NEXT TO "MENU". GO DOWN 2/3 OF THE WAY AND CLICK "DISABLE NEW ACROBAT". THANK GOD FOR THIS OPTION!! :) -M

I agree that the new layout is terrible and hamper the productivity. I simply do not understand why the tool icons been placed into three different corners? Now people can afford to buy and use large monitors and this 3-corner option is absolutely not logical. Of course, we can switch back to the old layout but what is the point? You have lost time, money and resources to develop something, which people are not comfortable with and makes them angry and finally will not use. (This is a simple comment, I don't want any answer from you. Now already switched back to the old layout.)

The new layout is less functional! I was able to do so much more in the edit mod. Like move text with the bounding window and now not, also used to be able to add to text in the bounding windows and now not! How is that a better layout for editing??

UPDATE: If you also hate the new look (Dec. 2023 changes) to Acrobat (and who doesn't?), simply restart the program and it will now offer a way to revert to the old look (it appears in the "View" menu now). That's a major WHEW!!! I wouldn't have freaked out so much and taken an hour and a half to do a 45-minute project if they had offered that in the first place.

Yes, the tools layout is such a debacle. Can't work with it!
