"Acrobat Pro is not responding" every time I open a PDF on my computer? The product is up-to-date.

i highly support this comment. whenever i open a document regardless if it's small or large, the program will freeze for a few seconds and then return to normal. this started happening the last 2-3 months. the protected view is enabled but i doubt it's causing the issue, because the program will freeze randomly for a few seconds even if i open just the main program. removed, used the cleaner and reinstalled many times. my result is that there's a bug with the program itself.
