Solution for reverting to previous user interface
Go to menu in the upper left corner (3 horizontal bars) and select from there "Disable New Acrobat".

The "Disable New Acrobat" feature is missing from Acrobat 2024 for the Mac. The app is called "Classic", but doesn't support a classic workspace. Not too good Adobe. Please add "Disable New Acrobat" to Acrobat 2024 "Classic". Thanks!
