YOUR SOFTWARE SUCKS!!!!!!!

Your software completely SUCKS!!!!!!! i CANNOT OPEN ADOBE FILES ANYWHERE. They won't open in Outlook or after I save them. I NEED TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!
