Bug fix: Rectangle Fill/Border
Rectangle Fill/Border does not permit unselecting Fill AND opacity slider changes for both, so can't frame text (with a border) and not cover over text (with fill).

Example: I have a 200 pages document, with 200 rectangles to add. I want a 2p red border, no opacity, with a yellow 40% opacity fill. Someone product manager was lazy and oversimplified, by removing functionality.
Solution: add 2 opacity, and by default have a checkbox "match both".
