To fix a portion or all of Office, including Outlook, open Settings, navigate to Apps, and scroll down to Microsoft Office or Outlook if you do not have any other portions of Microsoft Office. Click on Outlook or Microsoft Office. Do not click on Office. Two boxes will appear. Modify and uninstall. If all you see is Move and Uninstall, you've clicked Office. Go to Microsoft Office.
