It would be nice to have an easy way to make the font, color and text style match that on the document being edited. This feature would be similar to the format painter option used in Microsoft Excel. The user keys the text edits and select a word or two from the documents existing text. Once highlighted, right click the text selection, and select copy format, and then they would select the text they added, right click on it and have an option to "copy format here" or something like that. This would keep documents that have been edited looking mor uniform and professional.
