Freeze & Crash
The most recent AI update has caused significant issues with basic document processing functions, such as combining PDFs, opening files, and even moving them between screens. As a workaround, I’ve been viewing documents in preview mode through File Explorer or online, but these methods don’t allow me to make edits or updates.
Tasks that used to take 5–10 minutes are now taking close to an hour, largely because I have to carefully manage the application to prevent it from freezing or crashing. In some cases, I’ve had to manually end the task just to regain functionality.
This has created a substantial impact on productivity, and I’d appreciate any guidance or support on resolving the issue.
