O sitema adobe esta mostrando a assinatura como invalida e quando pedimos verificação o sistema mostra: Erro durante a verificação da assinatura.
A assinatura contém dados incorretos, não reconhecidos, danificados ou suspeitos.
Informações de suporte: SigDict /Contents illegal data
Acredito que esteja ocorrendo algum erro de verificação

This sounds like either an actual issue in the PDF (in case of PDFs broken in certain ways, Adobe repairs the issue internally while loading and then verifies the signature against the repaired version which usually will result in a validation error) or something special about the signature itself (e.g. usage of an algorithm Acrobat does not support).
Please share an example document with that error for analysis.
