Adobe Acrobat has become a joke. To edit a PDF is becoming Extremely tedious. I got a form that I need to fill out. The entire thing is a joke.

Your AI implementation is the problem. This is because of all the SO FALLED INCOMPETENT EXPERTS implementing this. Adobe needs to do better.
