Read Aloud - Hyphenated Words

Read aloud skips hyphenated words, as well as the words before and after the hyphenated word.

For me, Read Aloud pauses oddly when it encounters a hyphen (e.g., "pop-up") and seems to interpret it as an en dash or em dash (it's not, I checked the unicode) by pausing when it should just keep its normal reading pace.

Noticed with voice "Emma." Did not check other voice options.
