AI Assistance NOT working and keeps on buffering
The AI Assistance is not working properly. It keeps on buffering and later shows error. Attached are two screenshots for your reference. Kindly, check and help.

I may have found the solution, I hadn't enabled access to the Downloads folder. O will see if this fixes my problems...

I have been getting the 2nd error "Somethimg went wrong" frequently when loading Word documents and PDFs into the PDF space and now almost can't use the AI space usefully at all! I uploaded the latest version of Acrobat and it hasn't helped much. I will look at clearing m,y cache again.
I may need to cancel my monthly Acrobat subscription if I can't sort this out as it isn't doing the things I need it to be able to do.
