BUG: E-Sign Advanced Editing dropdown options dialog is cut off unless Acrobat is maximized

Description:
When creating or editing a Drop Down field in E-Sign Advanced Editing, the Options dialog extends beyond the Acrobat window and is cut off whenever Acrobat is running in a restored (non-maximized) window.
The problem occurs with every PDF.
If Acrobat is maximized, the dialog displays correctly.
Display scaling is 100%.
Resolution is 1920 × 1080.
This behavior began in the current Acrobat version and appears to be a user interface layout issue.
