Acrobat freezes during Preflight when the PDF file path contains Japanese characters

Steps to reproduce
Save a PDF file in a folder whose file path contains Japanese characters.
Example: C:\PDF\日本語フォルダー\sample.pdf
Open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Open the Preflight tool.
Run Preflight on the PDF.
Expected result
Preflight should run normally regardless of whether the file path contains Japanese or other non-ASCII characters.
Actual result
Acrobat freezes and becomes unresponsive when Preflight is run on a PDF whose file path contains Japanese characters.
This issue is still reproducible after updating Acrobat to the latest version available on August 14, 2026.
File paths containing Japanese characters are very common in Japanese Windows environments, so this issue seriously affects normal Preflight workflows.
