  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. crashes frequently

    adobe frequently crashes since the new system. Very frustrating and doesn't always combine files like it says it should say it does not support that feature when I full access.

  4. horrible product... would select multiple categories if that were an option

    My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

  6. How to Ship PST Email File in PDF?

    Searching for a tool to convert PST email files in PDF for a long period of time but was unable to find the right solution to solve my issue of PST email file migration in PDF file format. Even tested some manual processes to extract PST data in PDF but accomplishes not finding the solution useful. If you know any helpful information about PST file transformation into PDF then please let me know.

    Your website is full of *! First PDF you let me combine without signing in, for the second one you required me to sign up "for free", third one you want me to buy a subscription. Why not be upfront?? Such **** ********.

  9. Glitches & Docs Will Not Combine or Organize

    I really wish you guys would improve your system. I have been using this product since 2019 and you guys constantly have glitches which makes more work for me. I work with alot of docs in the mortgage biz and need to combine alot of docs. Your system will not combine docs for the silliest things it detects. I cannot combine some docs right now and I do not know why because the system wont tell me. There is no e signature or compliance certs of that nature, the docs are not locked or oversized. Nothing it just wont combine…

    I cannot combine my files using your free tool because i keep getting the popup that i need to subscribe but it's free so i don't understand why i keep getting that pop up and it wont allow me to bypass to use the tool.

  12. PDF merge not working

    PDF merger is not working. I paid for this specifically so I could use that. When I upload PDFs it loads them all, and then when the option to combine pops up it fails and says error.

    Die Funktion "Dateien zusammenführen" funktioniert nicht. Die Sammelmappe enthält immer nur ein einzelnes PDF, aber nicht alle. Zur optimalen Anzeige dieses PDF-Portfolios soll es in Acrobat oder Adobe Reader ab Version X geöffnet werden. Warum abonniere ich dann 2pro"ß

  15. Lot of issues, very slow, unable to download.

    I've had a horrible experience with PDF compressor. The page is loading slow and I have trouble downloading files because it keeps loading. It's not internet speed issue cos all the other websites work perfectly, it's only Adobe that has problems. Also, letting me compress only few files for free is ridiculous when there are so many other websites offering same services for free. I will obviously never use Adobe for that again and I won't recommend it to anyone.
