For a new feature request:
- Brief title
- Description of desired feature
- Why the feature is needed
For a new bug:
- Brief title
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
- Expected result

Horrible non-user friendly product
Please deploy software that works. I am in my 3rd night of trying to get a boy scout to stop using your cloud service to complete the Adobe fillable file, he cannot save or access it, he opened an account, and then you denied him access to his file. Now he sends me a link that wont open with an error message to download the latest version. I am using a 2 week old computer, its up to date.

Sharing Error
I am trying the adobe document cloud sharing. And whenever I click the share button, an error message in red appear. "Share: unexpected error". "Sharing is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Please let me know how to resolve this.

Can we no longer share more than one PDF per link??
Not sure if this is a new update/change, but I no longer have the ability to share more than one PDF in a single link. If this a permanent change I will need to cancel my Creative Cloud Files Storage plan as it will be completely useless. We have the need to share a batch of files in one download link and have been using your service for years with no problems until now.

Adobe DC Share Issues
When sharing multiple large files on Adobe Cloud, using the "Invite People" option, we note several issues: Some fields in digitally-signed PDFs do not appear (only works if PDF is printed to Adobe first). Bookmarks take about 30-60 seconds to appear, sometimes longer. Today, I'm noting that when the bookmark does appear, it disappears once we click on it. I've also noted that files with both attachments and bookmarks default to the attachments when opening in Adobe itself (even when bookmarks are pinned). In those cases, only the attachments are available when opening in the cloud, the bookmarks never appear.…

I would like to see you all add a feature were people could share PDF files right to facebook.

Restore the old interface PLEASE!
Tools either don't work or have just been removed since the web interface was updated. I am no longer to share more than one file at a time unless I open Acrobat. :-(

I need more thorough explanations of products
By being consistent. Different help agents say one thing and it is not true or another staff states differently.
Please alert me when I do something my plan doesn't support.
I was told I could Edit with the "PDF Pack"
I was told and read I could combine files under the same plan. I now have PDF Pre mium plan as your staff stated it was the way I could do things as noted above.
I cannot afford to pay any more for signatures and management of the PDF's. I need a thorough explanation of what I can do with…1 vote -

New interface SUCKS!!!!
I'm not going to hold back, this new web interface SUCKS and seems to be getting worse!!!!! Now I'm not even able to share multiple files anymore. I don't see the share button unless I select one file at a time.

Lost functionality!
When I use “Send & Track”, now known as “Shared for Viewing”, to share more than one image with a client I am no longer able to tell exactly which images they view and download the way I was with the old interface. Please give back the old interface!

HATE this and miss send and track
I have no clue what has been shared or linked. The beauty of Send and track is gone - and missed. I will not fight this battle every day.

Thank you for posting. If you click on Shared for Viewing on the left hand side you’ll see a list of all the files you’ve shared. Is there something in that view that you aren’t ale to do or find difficult to do?

new doc cloud interface is awful
The new Document Cloud interface is terrible. the old interface was intuitive. The created links are long and needlessly complicated.

Bring back the forwarding!
Not being able to forward shares like in the old interface needs to be fixed. I attempted to share today and received a message from the system saying "Unable to send. Try again later." This neve happened with the old interface, but if it had I would have been able to forward the files and message without having to start from scratch.

Don’t share the documents without my permission as some one in my contact address is viewing my filed without my knowledge

Shared for viewing concerns
I use this service mainly for photo distribution. The new design does not allow for all of the thumbnails to be seen on a grid at the same time. You must click on a very small photo to get a better view and then cannot advance to the next one. I'd like to see options on configuring the viewing page for the delivered photos. Going to the next photo or document without having to back up to the previous page would be great. Thanx
