Page attempts to reload contents and get stuck
The Adobe Acrobat / Sign site regularly attempts to reload its content automatically (without me hitting refresh), and becomes stuck in "loading" animation. This happens consistently after no interacting with the page for about 1 minute. When it is stuck, only refreshing the page can reload the contents.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04

For a common person whose usage of documents is not very high, you should develop a home package with much less a cost.

When I compressed a PDF it changed the font to the point where it cannot be read!?! Do we know why?

I bought the converter to use it on my documents and to my surprise I found out that Arabic language is not supported while Maltese is (Not disrespect) but why?!
I want a cancellation and a refund, how can I apply for one?

Complaint on repeated requests to upgrade
You keep asking me to upgrade I don't want to up grade!
I just want to use the access and tools I've already paid my subscription to use!

Account Initialization Emails Excessive
My employer set us up with a company account. When I initialized my account and completed the setup process, I received 50 emails in 3 minutes to click a link to confirm my email address and activate my account. Each one that I clicked (over a dozen) would spin in a new window and then would give an error for invalid username. I am able to use the functions it seems, I am signed in to the document cloud, so I'm not sure why I would receive 50 emails (and no I am not exaggerating the number) to confirm my…

Bad compression
This file compression is way off base. What the heck happened to the first bit of it??? Completely unusable. The rest is fine.
