Changed email & lost half my data & tool access
I changed my primary email address in my Adobe account and got nothing but problems in return. Half of my data/recent documents were lost; my pre-saved signature & initials were lost under Fill & Sign; I get an error message when I try to use Adobe Sign that says I don't have access to it. Changing your login information should not completely break your subscription...especially when one is PAYING for these products.
And trying to use your chat is a nightmare. I was transferred twice and the last person still didn't know what he was doing and couldn't explain what…

Copy Link from pdf to another external place
Create a link in a pdf that can be copied to a another external place. Click on that link and it open the file/page of the pdf.

use on any device by logging into my acct
I am paying for the monthly use of Adobe Acrobat DC for various reasons (job search, quickly type into a PDF to ensure it is legible to recipient, projects at my current job, etc.). Therefore I should be able to log in to my account at any computer and be able to use the software / application without having to download anything onto each computer. It should be an application that I can use anywhere, anytime on any device. However, my cell phone is not good for this since it is too small to see the form on my cell…

how high is the pedestal for the VHF DF antenna from the sea surface?
Are there 2 HF antennas, one backs up the other?
DF processing details onboard - I expect that to be DSP-based interferometry rather than the 60's technology of Watson-Watt (Butler matrix).

bad experience with password, and nearly every time I use your website
Congratulations! You just made me waste 30 minutes of my valuable time just to reset a password.
This kind of nonsense is going to push me to another PDF program if you don't make this easier and less of a GD nuisance!

More languages
I would like the Files converter tools (PDF to Word) to to be available for more languages such as Thai. Due to myself using Thai languages a lot and I just subscribe because I thought Thai is available as well.

Can't delete more than 100 files at at time
When you use the select all check box and choose delete, it only offers to delete 100 files even if there are more than 100 items selected.

Can't edit PDF's from home
I am a principal at a public school. I use a desktop at work but we are using Google for Education and are using chromebooks more and more. Since working from home during the Covid-19 shutdown, I have not been able to do much with PDF documents since I am working on my Google Pixlebook. It is very frustrating that Adobe does not work with Google Chrome. I like both but I will not continue to pay for a product that I can not use so I will be cancelling my subscription with Adobe.

Broken and unwilling to help without a financial commitment
I had problems signing up for a free trail, the signup process resulted in an verification loop, but Adobe/Echo sign support was unwilling to help, unless I was a full paying member. This seems like an incredibly short sighted move. I think as a business we may well be better off elsewhere.

For a better experience? You could train your customer service reps. Started trying to get someone to help me at 5:34 Eastern. Chatted until 9:58 Eastern. Problem not resolved.

Software download direction.
I am trying to find the download & install page for a Acrobat DC subscription. This user had to navigate by intuition to Recommended Tools & then click "All tools" to lead to the Apps, Convert, Edit, Share, Sign page. Then, finally the product is listed for download in the Apps line. Not very user friendly. One should not have to search just to install a digital download purchased software. That process needs better directions. Very poor web site layout!
