Interested in how to cancel service due to new layout. Want billing to be pro-rated and want credit for remainder of time left on plan. Do not want to pay for this service anymore, the new layout has ruined it for me. I have been using this since 2012 when it was still EchoSign. I don't like this new look. Please go back to the old management page so I can easily find all my files in one place like I used to.

I can't even find that. So utterly annoyed with this new view. Must we have a world of APPS for everything?

Terrible version of Adobe Acrobat, not user friendly
This product sucks! Bring back the stand-alone version of Adobe Acrobat Pro to be installed directly on the computer. It appears that no customer clinics were performed on this version of Adobe Acrobat as it has an absolutely terrible user interface and is not in any way user friendly.

Keyboard shortcut for "add text comment"
Please add a keyboard shortcut for the "add text comment" tool. I use this all the time and even with it in my quick tools it is cumbersome and slow to have to constantly mouse around.

pour le site, je ne sais pas, je ne vois pas l'intérêt du service. en général google drive ou one drive font mieux le travail.
pour ce qui est du logiciel, c'est de pire en pire. j'aimerais vraiment faire un retour sur le sujet, mais l'utilisateur est bon qu'à payer non ?

new lay out is confusing and hard to navigate
I no longer can see the clients I have sent contracts to. everything just gives the template name. Also I cant figure out how to finish prefilling a item I started. This is so confusing.

I already pay for this monthly - on my regular compute it's in the process of dying, I'm trying to update this laptop.
I already pay for this every single month. With this sign in info. Yet you want me to pay again to use this on my laptop, which I am tying to get up to date as my regular computer is slowly dying and I don't want to be caught w/o a functioning computer.

Accidental deletion
When you click the three dots to the right of the file (download, create, delete, combine, etc.) you have the download and delete right next to each other. Do you know how many times I have accidently deleted a file when trying to download it? There is also no undo or trash that you can retrieve a file you accidently delete. Can you please either move the download and delete buttons, away from each other. Or allow an option to undo, or restore from the trash, or a pop up that says "Are you sure you want to delete this…
