Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This new layout is dumb.

    All it shows it "Recent" Documents. There are few ways to filter. there is no advanced search to find specific documents. there is no browse feature.

  2. New Adobe Sign UI is awful. Added no new functionality, and made everything much less organized and harder to navigate. Please go back to the old! Don't fix something that is not broken. I can't even figure out how to send a reminder...

  3. TERRIBLE LAYOUT - CANNOT SEE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR WHAT FILE WAS SENT!! THIS IS CRITICAL!! I SHOULD NAME EVERY FILE BASED ON THE RECIPIENT FROM NOW ON?? WHY IS IT YOU CANNOT COMPREHEND THE NEEDS OF YOUR CUSTOMERS? Attractive layouts do nothing is work flow is impeded. This was a terrible terrible mistake on your part. Please fix ASAP.

  4. This new layout is so much more difficult to use. Horrible decision on your part. You can not type in the template field, can only upload a file and can't change the customer info in this view. You also cant not see everything clearly on one page. GO BACK TO THE LAST LAYOUT!!! PLEASE!!!

  5. This new format is TERRIBLE!!! Now agreements are buried down in the list instead of categorized by out for signature, completed, or waiting for my signature. It took 3 extra steps to get to the document history. HATE IT.

  7. The new update hinders my experience and makes it harder to navigate through Adobe Sign. The singed and unsigned documents are no longer seperated and I can no longer search through my documents. I also can't find my templates in this new update as well. Please fix this issue as it is no longer helpful with this new update.

  10. Cant reach the profile page. I wanted to cancel the trial subscription I opted in this week.

  11. This new update is extremely disheartening. I was just on a call asking for assistance and the software update failed to include some very essential components. I ask the individual who was assisting me and it seemed as though he was not familiar with the new update himself nor did it seem that he understood what I needed assistance with. I want to know if there is a way to separate templates, signed agreements, drafts, and those agreements waiting to be signed. Also, It seems as though I have to click on every agreement to figure out who it was…

  12. DESCRIPTION:

    While not perfect, the free online tool PAVE (https://pave-pdf.org) demonstrates how this process could be lightyears more user-friendly than it is currently – in Acrobat, and other available tools.

    It automates as many of the steps as possible, leads the user through the remaining steps that need fixing manually, and leaves out everything else.


    Side menu tabs:

    1. Tasks (main window)
    2. Properties/edit
    3. The "Reading Order", "Tags", and "Structure" menus from Acrobat have been simplified to a single "Reading Order" tab.

    The workflow could be:

    1. Upload file (or send direct from InDesign or Word)
    2. Select "Make Accessible" from tools,…

  13. It is obvious that there is overwhelming, unanimous, disapproval of the new Adobe Sign layout. I have yet to see a positive comment regarding the new layout.

    Adobe, for once, can you please accept the customer feedback proclaimed so loudly across these boards and let us go back to the old version/view? At least give us the option to do so and you can continue testing this new style for those that actually want it.

    You tried and you meant well, but it was not received well, to say the least. If you can revert, we can forgive.

  14. This product sucks! Bring back the stand-alone version of Adobe Acrobat Pro to be installed directly on the computer. It appears that no customer clinics were performed on this version of Adobe Acrobat as it has an absolutely terrible user interface and is not in any way user friendly.

  15. ITS HORRENDOUS! Its insane how horrible this product is. i HAD BARELY LEARNT WHERE TO FIND MY FILES UNDER THE "MANAGE" TAB. now all of that is gone, without notice! in the new interface, you dont even know who is the one that has signed the document. You should be ashamed with this product. I cant wait to move on.
