suppress signature types
My vendors do not allow for a typed signature. I want to utilize the software but suppress the typed signature option.
Can an option be added to allow specific signature types in the signature field.

Hi Matthew,
DC - Send for Signature allows 3 options for signing:
1) Typing their name and initials
2) Drawing a handwritten signature and initials on the screen using mouse, stylus or their finger
3) Uploading an image of their signature and initialsThe document creator has the option to allow any of the above option. In your case I believe you want the first option to be disabled.
In order to select which signing option to allow, please follow the below steps:
1) Login to DC Web with your account
2) In the top-right corner, click on your avatar, a pop-up should be displayed with 'settings'
3) Click on settings link, a pop-up should be displayed with the heading 'Document Cloud Settings', and it should have 'Edit Signature Settings' link
4) Click on 'Edit Signature Settings' link, you should be navigated to 'Signature Preferences'
5) Under the 'Allow recipients to sign and initial by' section check the checkboxes which you want to allow.Hope this solves your problem, if in case it does not please let us know.
