Combine files and chat help not working
Hello - I'm having issues accessing the 'combine files' service included in my plan. This service has been working fine, until today. I tried solving this issue with the chat, but the service there was very poor and did not solve the issue. See attached chat log. I'm paying for this service, and expect to be able to access it. I have a deadline that I'm now late on due to this failure on Adobe's part to deliver on the services that I'm paying for.
