Password issues with E-Signature
In the newest version, specifically for e-signature, you need to add the area to allows the document to come back to the sender password protected. IRS regulations require that documents be password protected.
We can send it out to the client with a password, but it no longer has the option to add a password when it comes back from Adobe saying the signatures are completed. I had to chat with one rep and call and speak to another to get it reverted to the old version in the app. Which I prefer to use my browser and no longer can because of this issue.
