my account charges
I did not realize until now that 16.45 per MONTH has been automatically deducted from my account. There is NO way this amount is justified for the occasional PDF conversions during home use. If there are NO other cost options for these services PLEASE discontinue my account.

pathetic web view of any adobe file. site just drains up all the data, worst experience

Lousy and not user friendly.
This software is not user friendly. Hangs and very difficult to use. I would not recommend it to any business wanting a way of signing documents.

The Word copies were really bad. This is a waste of money. I was very disappointed. The text was all over the place

unhappy with set up!
I have tried to set up an Adobe Acrobat account and it is the most unresponsive, detailed and difficult process. Make it easier. I am now going to junk the the account because it isn't worth the trouble of setting it up.
