For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Le convertisseur pdf-docx est très améliorable: -perte de la langue du document
    -sauts de paragraphe intempestifs (sana point)
    -Transformation de gros titres en petites images décalées
    -mise en bold de presque tous les caractères

    Contact Centre is very frustrating. I cannot find any answer to my questions. I just aid for a year subscription and it still does not convert my PDF document into Word. It would have been faster to retype

  5. Export PDF to image files has no option to select pages, always exports all

    Hi, every time I export a pdf to images, it exports all of them. There is no longer any checkbox or settings that enable me to export only select pages as images (I believe there used to be). I'm running versioon 2021.001.20145 via Creative Cloud on a MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.2.2, but it has been like this for several months. Huge hassle, wanted to make you aware because it seems like an oversight.

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    ich habe jetzt schon extra diese Version gekauft und trotzdem lassen sich meine PDFs nicht in "funktionsfähige" Word-Dateien umwandeln.
    Die exportierten Word-Dateien liefern lediglich bearbeitbare Kästchen innerhalb der Word-Datei....

    I put in a paper that was several pages long and wanted to convert from PDF to Word. It converted one page and that was it. Why should I pay for this?

    I click "don't trust my browser" by accident. Then I can't download anithing! How the **** can I change that???? I downloaded your software for this **** and still can't find how to trust my browser in the setting. You wasted a lot of my time! Why Cant i just trust the browser ????? I dont understand why you make this so complicated!!! ANd I CAN'T disable the enhanced security!!!!!! Your software is simply a pievce of ****

  13. PDF to Word conversion simply erases the PDF and gives you a Blank Page

    May I suggest that you make sure your PDF to Word conversion actually function during the one free time someone has to try it. I got a nice blank page instead of a word document that maintained formatting. Complete garbage to then attempt to charge me for said "PDF to blank page converter" get your program in order.

  14. Poor product because of conversion to SYMBOL font

    Because the text is saved to SYMBOL it is rendered utterly useless (if I switch font, I lose the content), upon conversion to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint. Thus pasting this to my classroom platform requires I retype everything, which was why I bought the Adobe : to AVOID retyping. Sorry, but useless. David B. Cohen, Math Teacher, (512) 294-9786

    hi, how can it be that the conversion of the pdfs result in such a lousy incomplete result

    it is in page two corrupted
    this is not worth the fee of >20€ per year, I'm heavily disappointed

    When I convert my pdf to Word, the conversion is horrible, despite the fact that I am converting a book I wrote and it is fine, honestly, this program does not work and I would like to get my money back, because I paid to have this function
