Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Está muito ruim. Era muito melhor antes. Não acho opção de apagar, não acho opção de criar modelo de campos para assinatura... tentaram deixar mais simples - ficou - mas retiraram (ou esconderam) funcionalidades básicas que deixam a experiência horrível. é uma pena, vou ter que achar outro.

  2. I met with a customer who noticed that the Shared for Review list under Home, shows both reviews that she shared and those she received. She asked for an easier way to separate those views.

  3. Many times when I log in and go to the For Signature tab and try to get the Adobe Sign Manage screen to come up it opens the exact same screen within a screen over and over....Happens all the time sometimes to the point that I can't get to the correct screen to do my work

  4. In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

  6. The re-design of adobe sign is terrible. There is no way to easily tell what is outstanding, waiting for a signature. It is ridiculously cumbersome to have to click on every recently sent document to find out which one belongs to which person when you've sent out a significant amount of documents to be signed.

    It's not user friendly at all. So many clicks are required to get anything done. Things can't easily be cancelled, templates can't easily be deleted.

    The update is a nightmare.

  8. Him the new interface is really confusing.
    - It's hard to find and manage my templates
    - It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
    - In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
    - It's not clear who the document was sent to

    Please don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

  10. I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Previously, I could literally press 2 buttons and it'd be on it's way. What used to take 15 seconds, now takes 5 minutes. This is ridiculous. I've…

  15. The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!

New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

  18. This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

  19. I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues.
