HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL: The New Adobe Sign Interface
I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients. Mobile Version of Site Requires Fixes
The site isn’t working well when viewing on a mobile device. The file names don’t show on the dashboard. Also, I wanted to send a reminder for someone to sign and I couldn’t. I’m attaching a screenshot of what the screen looked like and I was unable to scroll to the left or zoom out to try to set the reminder. I would have included a screenshot of the dashboard but this only allows me to attach one file. Please fix, thank you!
Device info: iPhone 7, iOS 12.

New view is TERRIBLE
I hate that I can't see WHO something was sent to on the main view. I liked the old system 500000% better.

New design awful
New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

Also hate this new version.
This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

New format is clunky
I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…

NO HUMAN SUPPORT FOR SENDING FILES????? Your new platform IS MISSING MANY FUNCTIONS. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my week. Now I have to go looking for another file sharing platform and leave Adobe, competition because after all of these years working with you, yours no longer fits our needs.

New site is frustrating and NOT user friendly!
Go back to the old format, so the site is usable again. There are NO training documents to refer to, we find it hard to edit existing documents, place field for signatures, change signers, see who needs to sign, etc, etc. Very frustrating.

WE CANNOT USE YOUR HALF-*** NEW FORMAT. . IT SUCKS
I am cancelling our account because we cannot use the new platform. It is missing many of the features we use every day (forwarding capability, viewing the recipient at a glance on the list, copy/paste previous text content, etc).... Truly, your "update" is so backwards and half-minded.

Poor UI management; page crashes due to "plugin issues" if I leave it for more than 5 minutes. Can't delete templates or erroneous docs.
I need to be able to delete both erroneously created templates, as well as documents. /link/home for document cloud is stacking up and it's becoming messy.
