"don't enable" button for cookie preferences NOT available
Every time I sign in, I have to reset my cookie preferences. And you don't even have a "don't enable" option button. Get with the 21st century, please.

This interface is awful, it is always crashing and never can put me pack at the point where it crashed. It's confusing and cumbersome.

Difficult, confusing, time wasting, prevents completion of simple tasks, overwhelming NOT APPRECIATED!

Cannot sign in to my Adobe standard account.The sign-in icon is ABSENT.
I upgraded to Adobe Standard. But I do not get access to a sign-in page for my new account. Adobe opens to the old Adobe account. Fix it.

email rules are stupid
Your customer service is horrible.
Eliminate DUMB RULES (you can't use a previously used email address for an Adobe account).
My Adobe email account has been compromised, and I am closing it; why is this such a huge ordeal for Adobe?
Adobe has lost a customer for life; I will never do business with you again.

The front page is annoying. I want to change it.
Also, stop saying "..., Mun" "..., Mun" - there's a way to address people properly, and cutting off people's names into bits isn't one of them. If you really must address me directly, "Mr. Choi" is fine; we're not on first name terms, and it's not professional of you. If you really want to dispense with formalities, then at least have the courtesy to use my full name. Whichever way you go, no more of this "Hi, Mun" ****, please.

Don't like new version and add-ons
I don't want AI access or icon in my subscription. How do I remove it without damaging the software? Also I don't want all my pdf's saved in distiller. I want to just regular adobe pdf.. So far I don't like the newest version

Customer service chat is horrible
I have contact adobe support multiple times today and after I finally get to chat with someone I ask my question and they leave the chat. This is unacceptable as this has happened 3x today.. If I were to do this with the company I work for I would be reprimanded
