Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Adobe Acrobat Reader preview fills RAM

    When I try to preview the pages on PDFs it constantly fills up my RAM.
    On older Versions it does not happen.

    OS: Windows 10.0.17763 Build 17763
    Adobe Version: DC 2021.007.20091

  6. Document Link Stopped Working

    There is an error that happens sometimes when clicking a previously working link. after clicking the link the adobe document wont load, it displays a grey screen with the following message in it 'Something went wrong, try again later". I am having to go to my adobe home page and access the document from my recent document links.

  8. can't open xdf files at all

    Please support XDF on Adobe online, I can't open the pdf at all because it says "The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use Adobe Reader. "

  9. Imcompatibility of PC/MAC and Online Version

    So, the documentcloud is not compatible with the PC version, right? I had to open a government document but it doesn't open as it does when using the Mac or PC version. Why?

  15. A impressão do arquivo pdf aparece com o menu lateral direito

    Estou tendo o seguinte problema: -Todos os arquivos pdf que eu abro ou salvo aparecem com o menu lateral direito completo, não posso enviar esses documentos para obter meu certificado digital dessa forma, pois isso dará a oportunidade dos documentos serem alterados sem o meu conhecimento. Aguardo se possível explicação de como resolver o problema

  20. Fail to detect subscription
