Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. When attempting to scan a Word document of multiple pages, the Adobe Acrobat scanning application does not permit the use of the feeder for more than a one page document. Manually changing each page in the printer before clicking scan is unnecessarily time consuming.

  2. This application is terrible and should not be advertised, this is first time i get to use...

    Unfortunately, Adobe Scan Cloud does not currently support a bulk download feature directly within the app or the web interface. This means you'll have to download each file individually by following the steps above for each file you want to download to your computer.

  4. acrobat for desktop is VERY VERY slow and often crashes in the middle of creating my pdf documents. very frustrating when I lose hours of work.... horrible

  7. All I want to do is be able to close a document I have open in Adobe Acrobat. The help system is NOT HELPFUL. I started a chat and the agent told me to X out of Adobe Acrobat. I replied that then I have to reload it and the document is still there. This seems ridiculous to me. She then disconnected me with no further response. NOT IMPRESSED with Adobe help.

Can you please remove my card or account info, I had purchased adobe photoshop but I have an older PC so never used it, and requested a refund, which never happened now I am being charged each month from Adobe, this never ends! Please stop taking funds for products I do not use - raulcantu2018@gmail.com

  9. The new update for the application is terrible. I am unable to edit any of my documents, unable to save anything, and it really has hindered my ability to complete work. I have switched to using Word for the majority of my needs at this point and finding work arounds for anything else I need. We are a paying customer.

  11. Adobe Pro DC on muuttunut kirjasimiltaan aivan älyttömäksi! Voisiko saada mitenkään vanhempaa versiota käyttöön? Meillä on firmalla 10 lisenssiä maksettuna IT-tuen (CloudNow) kautta ja vielä muutama luottokortilla kahteen kertaan, eli raha ainakin kelpaa, mutta kovin on heikkoa tämä teidän asiakaspalvelu. Haluaisin tietää, onko tätä siis mahdollista saada edellisen version mukaisena mitenkään!!! Nyt tällä ei voi tehdä niitä töitä mihin nämä on hankittu.

  12. Your online printing is ***. There is no print preview so I can not see what I am printing. I had to download it to print it. Your service is becoming harder and harder to use. It should be getting easier. You had a great product and it it becoming a pain in my **! I am on ther verge of switching to chrome.

  13. The fact that you force users to use what can only be described as a HORRIBLE user interface with NO insight is a travesty. My productivity is at an all-time low and you should be ashamed!!!!!!!!!

  14. The new product update is sometimes glitchy but the real problem is trying to access my account so I can get the latest invoice to give to our accounting manager. It used to be simple and now it's a bit of a mess. Disappointing.

  16. My Acrobat interface continually fades to gray and does not allow me access to any controls. It is frustrating and so annoying!!! WTH?? Its almost like it's locking me out for not being signed in, but I clearly am!!
