"Learn More" doesn't give enough information
I clicked on "Learn More" and there's NOTHING about the plan prices. That should be obvious somewhere, not hidden

Can't edit PDF's from home
I am a principal at a public school. I use a desktop at work but we are using Google for Education and are using chromebooks more and more. Since working from home during the Covid-19 shutdown, I have not been able to do much with PDF documents since I am working on my Google Pixlebook. It is very frustrating that Adobe does not work with Google Chrome. I like both but I will not continue to pay for a product that I can not use so I will be cancelling my subscription with Adobe.

False Subscription activation ERROR
The software CONSTANTLY kicks me out with an error stating that my subscription cannot be found, even so it is paid automatically monthly. After over 1 hour with tech support, nothing is better. Extremely disappointing.

Don't hide the download feature. You don't even list it in the drop down
Why do you hide the download capability.? Etc. I just want to do a simple download. Cut the ****.

ohjelma ei muuta pdf tidostoa rtf muotoon kunnolla. Ohjelma tekee kuvatiedostoiksi osan riveistä eikä dokumenttia pysty muokkaamaan kuten rtf tiedostoa pitäisi pystyä muokkaamaan. Aikaisemmin ohjelma teki pdf tiedoston rtf tiedostoksi, jota pysty muokkaamaan

Phone heats up while working
i have bee using adobe scan in my iphone. Really it burns a lot while scanning .Please give update to rectify.I cant even hold it in my hands.Its really a well build app and most helpful one for students. Thank You

PDF to Word
I paid to convert pdf to word. But it changed most of the document from English to French.
This will take me more work to fix all of this. And pointless to pay money for this. I would like a refund and I do not want to use your services anymore. My email is ktanton@ssisd.net. I'm very disappointed that I actually paid for this

I bought CS6 years ago and it has completely stopped working. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this? Or have I simply lost that investment?

Compress multiple PDFs
Ich erhalte dauernd "zu viele Transaktionen", wenn ich ca. 500 pdf komprimieren will... warum? Der Dienst verspricht dies, kann es aber bei weitem nicht halten (während z.B. smallpdf das problemlos kann...)

Can't download all files
I can't seem to download all of my PDF files. I'm trying to download about 100ish file. There is no feedback as to why this is failing or how many files can be downloaded at once.

Broken and unwilling to help without a financial commitment
I had problems signing up for a free trail, the signup process resulted in an verification loop, but Adobe/Echo sign support was unwilling to help, unless I was a full paying member. This seems like an incredibly short sighted move. I think as a business we may well be better off elsewhere.

Changed email & lost half my data & tool access
I changed my primary email address in my Adobe account and got nothing but problems in return. Half of my data/recent documents were lost; my pre-saved signature & initials were lost under Fill & Sign; I get an error message when I try to use Adobe Sign that says I don't have access to it. Changing your login information should not completely break your subscription...especially when one is PAYING for these products.
And trying to use your chat is a nightmare. I was transferred twice and the last person still didn't know what he was doing and couldn't explain what…

Unable to print, don't like cloud storage
Return the capability to have Reader on a local PC without linking to some 'cloud' for file storage. Return the capability to print the PDF files on the local PC without using a web-browser account login.
I am using a MacBook Pro w/ iOS 10.14.6 and am unable to print any PDF documents using the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. Apple support spent over an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't print the files (or even select pages) but was unsuccessful.
My options now? Either screen shot the page(s) into Word or use the apple Preview app to open…2 votes
