Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I have repeated payments coming out of my bank account every month since August 2022 although every email and account I have says I have no paid plans. The virtual assistant provides no way to actually resolve this issue.

  7. You advertise that I can edit PDFs for free, but as soon as I try to do anything I get a popup saying I need to have premium account to edit. False advertising.

  8. You would not get a quarter of a cent out me, making people sing up than not letting them use "free" services, I and anyone I know would never use your "free " services again.

  9. I did NOT sign up for this service!! I cancelled muy account last year and somehow I've been getting billed again for 6 months this year!?!? This is like a virus on my computer. I don't want Adobe on my computer, nor do I want this service or to pay an astronomical amount for a service I don't want. thumbs down.

  10. Na tientallen keren in rondjes te draaien in de Adobe jungle weigert het platform mij te abonneren omdat het denkt dat ik in Wit-Rusland ben. Regio en lokale settings staan juist. Dit is het zoveelste probleem met Adobe. Bende klungelaars. Nooit nog één euro of dollar van mij.

  13. I have a new MacBook pro and perhaps adobe could make it more impossible to update apps and make sure adobe products actually work. Honestly, I'm a few minutes away from terminating a 15 year relationship with adobe, complete BS on how difficult you make this.

  14. Absolutely unacceptable to charge cancellation fee, especially considering the electronic signature (using a USG Common Access Card) did not work. I'll never use Adobe again.

  16. Why won't you exclusively show me the services that are included in my plan?
    I click on "Access Services" from my account and I often click on something that is listed under "My Services" that requires me to upgrade my account to use it.
    Don't show me something that requires an upgrade! Show me what is included in my package!

    Wieso habe ich Einschränkungen in der Onlineversion? Auf dem PC kann ich milimetergenau das Blatt ausfüllen - Online habe ich 0 Kontrolle und nur noch 3 Einstellungen ....
