Cancel & Refund SubscriptionI am not sure why there is a subscription fee charged to my AMEX card. Kindly verify is this a legitimated transaction from Adobe as I do not recall any subscription I have undertaken with Adobe. Unable to read PDF filesI have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.

can't upload a jpg with my signaturecan't Add a Signature from an Image taken with a mobile phone. I've never encountered such a problem previously. 
 The file size is 56kb, the file is a jpg, unlocked.

Last 'sign' button poorly labelled.Our clients often don't hit the final 'sign' button as they have already signed the documents. We believe the final 'sign' button would be clearer if it was labelled 'send' (or something like this). 1 vote
