had the WORST, SLOWEST time with chatbot. TERRIBLE tool. TERRIBLE customer service. Where is the phone number? Buried so deep it doesn't even exist? Very unhappy customer.

Price sensitivity
High confidence that I will not subscribe to Adobe AI in addition to the pro account. I use OpenAI and will continue to use that. Therefore, I will look for another PDF reader and use that.

Anmeldung am PC nicht möglich
Leider kann ich mich an meinem PC nicht in meinem Konto anmelden. Wenn ich versuche mich mit Google anzumelden, soll ein Reiter in meinem Browser aufgehen, aber das passiert nicht. So ist das Programm leider wertlos für mich.

Abrir documentos, simples assim
O adobe Acrobat está um lixo, toda vez que vai abri um pdf ele trava após abrir, fica uma tela de login travada. Nunca mais me ofereçam um programa tão lixo como esse, por favor. Agora estou usando o Adobe Reader. Por favor, voltem a oferecer a opção de não instalar o anti virus. A empresa que trabalho já tem um anti virus padrão e meu pc quase travou por ter dois anti virus. Eu pago o serviço de vocês, me dem prioridade do que o parceiro de negócios de vocês, por favor.

PLEASE don't join the industry insanity about AI. It is not wanted, not appreciated, not helpful, not secure, and in no way benifits your customers, indeed your deciding to disregard our interest as customers and adding it WITHOUT asking is offensive in every way.
I use computer frequently I'm quite comfortable with computers I love technology but AI is a total deal breaker.

Final Audit Report
It would be nice if the Final Audit Report stated all of the email addresses that received a copy of the Completed Agreement rather than just saying Agreement completed (i.e. Agreement completed and A,B, and C were cc'd on it.

The audit report does not explicitly include the email addresses of recipients who were carbon copied (CC'd) during the authoring process. The audit report primarily captures details such as the signer's name and email address, signature date and time, reason for signing, authentication events, IP addresses, and reasons for declining or canceling an agreement if applicable. While CC'd parties are notified when the agreement is completed, their email addresses are not specifically mentioned as part of the audit report's captured information.

Language names not understandable
Hi there, when importing a document for conversion, you can select the language of the document but they should be written all in English otherwise it's impossible to know which is which.

Web and desktop app work flow difference
When I send agreement for e-sign on the Web app, I am prompted to prefill the form before sending. While the desktop app does not allow me to prefill.
It is confusing sometimes. And will be great if I can also prefill on the desktop app.1 vote -
