Access App UselessTrying to use the Adobe Account Access App (Android phone), and the access code, which is at the bottom of the screen is obscured by the phone’s back and home buttons, making the app fairly useless..... 1 vote

Accidental deletionWhen you click the three dots to the right of the file (download, create, delete, combine, etc.) you have the download and delete right next to each other. Do you know how many times I have accidently deleted a file when trying to download it? There is also no undo or trash that you can retrieve a file you accidently delete. Can you please either move the download and delete buttons, away from each other. Or allow an option to undo, or restore from the trash, or a pop up that says "Are you sure you want to delete this… 3 votes

Request for refundI stated with a free trial and was late in cancelling so I accepted the first monthly payment and went into my account and cancelled the plan. I have just been charged a second month and I would request a refund.

Tools rearrangingI arrange my tools in a specific order, and your F***** program (acrobat) keeps changing them back to some stupid order with featured and "new" tools. I used to love acrobat, but after that two button click fiasco to access the signature tool and now this, I am really starting to hate you. Unhappy customerI have been on the phone and waiting on my laptop to talk to you at the same time and no one answers. I have a subscription and when I open a pdf document it asks me to subscribe.
