With our latest updates, you could use the Clear Recent button located at bottom right of the Recent file list and remove all of them. Alternatively, you can also Sign Out to clear all recent files.

Acrobat retains the signed in state until manually sign out is triggered.
By any chance, are you signed in on multiple devices? If you cannot retain the sign in status, please attach a video of the same and revert.

    Girija Agarwala commented  ·

From the screenshot shared, i can see that you are signed out. In our latest update, we have implemented a feature where in if you sign out, all the files in your recent file list will be cleared out to meet privacy concerns.
Once you sign in, you should be able to see the cloud files though. Could you please confirm if you can see the same?

    Girija Agarwala commented  ·

Can you please share the following information to help us investigate the issue:
    1. OS platform WIn/Mac?
    2. Acrobat Version screenshot
    3. Are you signed in?
    4. A video capturing the workflow

We have given this option so user do not lose the information of the original file accidentally.
You can always remove _Redacted from the file name while saving

We apologize for the issue you are facing.
However, if i understand correctly, i am able to convert 4-5 .png files to a pdf using drag and drop.
Could you please help me with the following information to get clarity on the workflow:

-> The Acrobat dot version you are using
-> The OS platform you are on
-> The .png files that you are trying to convert (in case this is file specific)
-> A screenshot of the message that you are getting
-> Also, it would be great if you could specify from which build are you facing the break.

Thanks for your patience and continued support to Acrobat.

We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end.
Could you please check if you can reproduce the same without the Directory Junction created. This would help isolate the cause of the problem.
